Cornerstone Baptist Builders men are called by God to serve Him in this ministry. We are servants, who are Independent Baptist Home Missionaries, accountable to and sent out by their pastor and local church and are raising support while we serve God building church buildings. We serve in this much needed ministry full time and do not hold other jobs. We work at your church labor free and strive to save the local church as much money as possible.
Cornerstone Baptist Builders men are qualified to assist you in most stages of construction. If it is starting a building from ground up, depending on the city (codes and permitting), we start at the point of the foundation where we are able to do the plumbing or at the completion of the concrete slab if we are beginning with the frame package. We can work with wood framing or metal studs, whatever your needs may be. We can assist you in construction or repair, large or small. Our desire is to be a blessing with the skills God has given us.
If you are erecting a metal building, I am a distributor for metal buildings (red iron) allowing you to purchase at a true wholesale price. We have seen considerable savings; for example, the first building purchase saved the local church in excess of $60,000 on a 12,000 square foot building, prior to work even beginning. We are making these savings available to you and your church (no middle man) as we endeavor to be good stewards of God's money. The savings will vary from building to building, state to state, depending upon design configurations, snow loads in your local area, and the like. The use of red iron structures is only an expansion of what we have been doing in the past with wood framing. We will continue to use wood structures when this method provides the greatest savings or application for your work. This choice is up to you.
The metal building (red iron skeleton, exterior walls and insulation, and roof) will be designed structurally to your local code specifications and the price locked in. A deposit is necessary while architectural designs are completed by your local architect. I can help by recommending a subcontractor to erect the red iron building on your job sight, if you would like. Once the building is in place, Cornerstone Baptist Builders will arrive and work with you to finish the building to what ever stage you desire. Should you purchase your metal building through us, we will simply ask that you make a donation of 5% of the cost of the shipped building back to the Cornerstone Baptist Builders to help meet certain ministry needs. These needs include tool and equipment replacement and purchase which allow us to expand the possibilities of areas we can help you and others; along with vehicle repairs which can occur when you travel the country as much as we do in this ministry.
