Glaesman Testimonies
Personal Testimony of Jeff Glaesman
I was saved on October 3, 1993, after being a member of Temple Baptist Church in El Dorado, Kansas for over 20 years. My pastor preached a message on the lost coins and how sometimes a pastor needs to "sweep" the church for the lost there. I knew that I was one of those lost coins and accepted Christ as my Savior that day. Since then I have served as deacon and helped in the children and music ministries.
After several years of part-time maintenance and renovation work on my home church, I was introduced to the building ministry by helping with the construction of a baby church in Wichita. The Lord soon burdened my heart to work full-time in the building ministry in order to help churches expand with more souls being saved and more missionaries being sent out. During our 2003 Missions Conference my wife and I surrendered to full-time service. I have been on the road since May of 2004 building churches and serving the Lord in whatever area is needed. It is such a blessing to be able to help others, witness church growth, and souls being saved.
Personal Testimony of Esther Glaesman
I have lived in rural Kansas all of my life. My family attended the local Methodist Church until the preacher declared that the Bible was a book of fairy tales. When I was ten years old my parents searched for a church that believed and preached the Word of God even if that meant driving many miles. Temple Baptist Church in El Dorado has been my church home since 1970. I accepted Christ as Savior at the age of 16. It was at church that I met my husband, Jeff, and where we were married in 1978. I have been active in various children's, ladies, and music ministries over the years.
In our 2003 Missions Conference the Lord gave me the same burden he had previously given my husband to help build Bible preaching churches across the United States. In early 2007 I joined him full-time as we endeavor to encourage believers and help build Bible preaching Baptist churches, enabling more people to have the opportunity to hear the gospel and be saved.
